WE have seven tennis pros working from these sites providing a comprehensive schools, hotels and holidays coaching programme.
Branksome Park LTC (5 playdec courts)
This unbelievably pleasant 5 court facility is set in the woods of Branksome Park, off Leicester Road just 1 mile from the beaches. This site comprises of 5 all weather courts, small club house/office and pro shop. Not only does it have an adult club that represent Dorset in 15 different league teams it also has one of the best junior development structures in the county. The tennis facility has been there since the early 1900’s the likes of Virginia Wade, Mark Cox, John Feaver, Ille Nastasie and many more have practiced here prior to the British open tournaments.
Christchurch LTC (4 playdec,2 floodlit courts)
Four playdec all weather courts, 2 of these floodlit and wooden club house allow tennis all year round. Tennis courts may be used on a “pay and play” basis, booking advisable midsummer £5.00 per court per hour.
Mudeford Wood (3 astro floodlit courts)
Mudeford Tennis Club is just 300 metres off The Runway in Mudeford, Christchurch. It has 3 floodlit, astroturf, all weather courts and is set in a quiet residential area with adjoining parkland and ample parking. The Club shares Mudeford Wood Community Centres Facilities. The club offers an excellent junior programme running at weekends and after school throughout the year. Our juniors compete on a regular basis against other Dorset teams at all levels.
